Principal Responsibilities:

Location: Shalom Orlando
Pay: $30/hour
Availability: Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends

Reports to: Program Director

Are you passionate about helping people move, sweat, and feel empowered? We're expanding our team and looking for dynamic, certified Group Fitness Instructors to lead a variety of high-energy classes that inspire and challenge our members.

What We're Looking For:

We are currently hiring instructors who can confidently lead HIIT, Cardio Boxing, Reformer Pilates, and other creative, high-impact formats (excluding yoga). If you bring energy, innovation, and certified expertise--we want to hear from you!

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Current Group Fitness Instructor Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.)

• Up-to-date, format-specific certifications for the classes you wish to teach (e.g., Pilates, boxing)

• Experience leading group fitness classes (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Strong communication skills and motivational energy

• Comfortable teaching in both small group and full class settings

• Must be reliable and available for morning, evening, and weekend classes

What You'll Do:

• Deliver safe, fun, and results-driven workouts

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all fitness levels

• Adapt class formats to meet the needs of participants

• Maintain a professional and positive presence on and off the studio floor

Bonus Points For:

• Experience teaching hybrid or fusion-style classes

• CPR/AED Certification

• Willingness to sub or cover classes on short notice
