The Job: Are you a Certified Personal Trainer interested in working with and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals? As a Personal Trainer you will be an expert consultant with members on their overall health and fitness while evaluating movement and postural patterns to best design a workout routine that will enable clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

The Core Duties:

• Lead both individual and group training sessions
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and health conditions
• Recommend appropriate programs and services that may be of interest for members
• Evaluate movement, postural patterns and physical needs to design an appropriate personal exercise routine
• Instruct members on how to use equipment properly and safely

Minimum Qualifications:

The Essentials:

• Personal training experience preferred
• 1 Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certificate required
• Upbeat and positive
• Punctuality and reliability is a must
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations
• Current CPR/AED Certification required
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
